Join us this month as Diane Carroll, Director of Communications, and Beth Bobbitt, Public Relations Manager for Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, provide insight into the communications planning behind an upcoming temporary exhibition.

This summer, Chihuly: In the Forest and In the Gallery will be on view in the Museum’s temporary exhibition gallery and in the newly enhanced North Forest. Crystal Bridges is one of the few museums in the world to feature both indoor and outdoor installations of Chihuly’s art, as well as the first museum ever to display these works in a natural forest setting! The installations features new works by the artist, as well as iconic works spanning the breadth of his career.

The presentation will outline the approach to what is anticipated to be the largest and most popular exhibition in the Museum’s history! You’ll learn about the creative process behind the campaign strategy and hear about some of the unique PR and marketing tactics designed to create a sense of fun and wonder in the region. Seating is limited, so be sure to preregister through Eventbrite.

The meeting will be held in Crystal Bridges’ Board Room, located on the third floor in the Museum Library. Guests may enter through the Main Lobby, turn left at the Guest Services desk, and take the elevator to the Library level.

RSVP to nwaprsa@gmail.com, or register through Eventbrite by noon on Monday, April 24.
