The virtual seminar, “Self-Care Best Practices for PR Pros,” will be held on Tuesday, September 14 with two time options offered at noon or 6 p.m. The seminar will be presented by Natalie Bland, LCSA, mobile assessment coordinator with The BridgeWay Hospital. Natalie will share self-care practices to help you manage stress and activities to improve your mental and emotional well-being.
Natalie Bland, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s degree in social work from University of Tennessee. She completed her bachelor’s degree in social work at Arkansas State University. She has over 15 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics (school based), crisis intervention, structured outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric facilities, substance abuse outpatient groups, and non-profits. She has provided clinical supervision to social work students, interns and professionals. She believes that each person has their own story that has shaped what they are currently experiencing. Through her work, she strives to foster a safe space where people can tell their story, gain insight into how that has impacted them, and create a more fulfilling life.
The program is free and open to PR and communication professionals.
