Join us September 25 as we hear from Margot Lemaster, executive director of EngageNWA on the topic of diversity, equity and inclusion.
EngageNWA is a Northwest Arkansas Council initiative that serves as a connector for leaders in business, government and the community on matters that help create a more inclusive Northwest Arkansas region.
Margot works with regional partners to support collaborative efforts, facilitate sharing of resources and best practices, and highlight local success stories as it relates to diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to her role at EngageNWA, she was executive director at Ozark Literacy Council in Fayetteville. She earned a master’s degree in international studies from the University of Oregon and a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. She is a native of Fayetteville.
