Once upon a time, these were considered “internal communication.” But that day has passed. Today this topic reaches much further than a single publication. It is now a key part to a much larger engagement strategy being used by smart companies who know the value of their workforce and understand their need to be informed, included and engaged.
We will examine current trends in internal communications, why one size no longer fits all, and how using internal communications can benefit your organization, with or without the newsletter.
